In “Blokpost” there is a psychological service, in which certified psychologists and polygraph specialists work. They were taught in AREOPAG center in Moscow.
There are several branches:
- Personnel — the polygraph checks of the workforce candidates; security guards and their movement from one secured facilities; administrative staff before concluding employment contract
- Office — with psychologist — manning collectives guard units, their compatibility with each other
- Commercial — a set of services to ensure the safety, the polygraph specialists conducting a study of customer on screening tests
- Scientific-methodical — development of new adaptation adding to known methods of personnel checks through polygraph
- Psycho-correctional - use psycho-physiological characteristics detected through polygraph as a channel for feedback
- Psychological - Identifying areas of conflict in a team and individual levels, worries of security inspectors
- Preventive — periodically, once a year, a survey of enterprises to identify disloyalty towards the management, transfer confidential information to outsiders, the health, acquisition of bad habits, hidden breaches of obligations
- Special – using the polygraph in conducting official investigations into the facts of incidents and emergency situations on secured facilities, information verified on the possible participation of security inspectors in the preparation and the theft of objects, and the detection of places of hiding the material values, prepared to be robbed from the object
